This week, Dr. Roger Marshall, Senior Fulbright Scholar at MIIT, is delivering a series of talks for the students and faculty of MIIT. The subject of his talk is – Myanmar’s Digital Awakening: Pleasures and Perils of the Internet.

Dr. Marshall recently retired as a Professor from Plymouth State University, USA. He has nearly 40 years of experience in teaching computer science to university students at all levels. At MIIT, he is in the capacity of a Senior Fulbright Scholar. The Fulbright Programme is a fellowship run by the US government. Dr. Marshall has been a recipient of the fellowship not just once but thrice.
