Five faculty members from MIIT were invited to attend the Sakura Science Programme at the University of Miyazaki, Japan. As part of the structured programme, the participants visited various science laboratories in Tokyo as well as Miyazaki. Specifically, the participants spent significant amount of time interacting with the faculty and students working in the Robotics and Image Processing Labs at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Miyazaki. The visit also involved an immersive experience of Japanese culture and visits to specific places of interest.
