- CE operational regions (cut-off/saturation/active)
- Load line analysis, input and output characteristics of transistors
- Load line and Q-point calculations, effects of RC and RB
- Amplifier circuits with emitter bias, LED drivers, phototransistors
- Fixed bias, emitter bias, voltage divider bias (VDB),
- Designing multi-stage amplifiers, Darlington pair, etc.
- Common base and common collector circuits analysis, and their characteristics
- Class A, AB, C amplifier circuit design, and analysis
- Circuits using field effect transistors (FET) and MOSFET transistors
- Basic circuits using operational amplifiers (OpAmps)
